Pamo Valley wines are made from our estate-grown grapes and grapes grown from local growers. We imprint on the bottle labels from which vineyard the grapes came. Our wines are limited production by the taste, glass, bottles, or cases. If you find something you like, best to buy it now because it won’t last.

Sauvingnon Blanc

2025 Sauvingnon Blanc Local Ramona Wine

This crisp, dry, and vibrant white wine opens with the aromas of white peach, tangerine, lemon peel, and hints of honeydew. Lively flavors of lemon, green apple, kiwi, and grapefruit are balanced by the refreshing zesty acidity. 

Viognier

2025 Viognier Local Ramona Wine

Aromas of tropical fruit, apricot, peach, honeysuckle and citrus notes. Lovely flavors of cantaloupe, pear and pineapple Lively acidity with a lingering finish.

Chardonnay

2024 Chardonnay Local Ramona Wine
Our 2024 Chardonnay comes from Emerald Creek Vineyards in Warner Springs, CA. This is a barrel fermented wine aged in neutral French oak barrels. This wine was aged 7 months on the lees and stirred often to give it rich flavors and a creamy texture. Aromas of ripe white peach, citrus and passion fruit. Flavors of green apple, lemon, melon and honey. Balanced acidity lingers with a smooth long finish.

Rose of Sangiovese

Elegant aromas and flavors of fresh strawberry and watermelon, complemented by bright, refreshing acidity. Perfect for enjoying on the patio on a warm afternoon, this is a taste of Summer in every sip.

Grenache

2024 Grenache Local Ramona Wine
Our 2024 Grenache is produced with grapes from McCormick Ranch, Pauma Valley, CA. A delicate and nuanced wine with aromas of strawberry, cherry, currant and lavender. Flavors of raspberry, black tea and white pepper finishing with hints of smoke. This fruity, light and easy-drinking wine would even taste great slightly chilled!

Sangiovese

2024 Sangiovese Local Ramona Wine

This Sangiovese captures both elegance and character. The wine opens with classic aromas of wild berries, vanilla, violets, and tea leaf. On the palate, soft tannins and bright acidity reveal vibrant flavors of tart cherry, cranberry, fresh herbs, black tea, and a hint of leather. The finish is clean and lingers gracefully.

Merlot

2023 Merlot Local Ramona Wine

This wine has aromas of juicy ripe plum, raspberry and strawberry with undertones of fresh herbs and vanilla. Flavors of black currant, plums, red berries, cocoa and cedar.

Cabernet Sauvignon

2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Local Ramona Wine

Aromas of raspberry, ripe currant, bay leaves and white pepper. Soft tannins with flavors of blackberry, black cherry and toasty oak, slight mineral notes and a smooth lingering finish.

Malbec

Angel’s Share White Dessert Style Port Local Ramona Wine
Our 2018 Angel’s Share is a white port style dessert wine produced from Sauvignon Blanc grown in Ramona Valley, CA. An elegant and nuanced sweet dessert wine. This unique, deep yellow-golden colored wine offers aromas of hazelnut, butterscotch, sweet vanilla and apricot nectar. Savory flavors of caramel, custard, honeysuckle and toffee with a creamy mouthfeel which leaves a lasting impression and an intense desire for another sip!
